Sheila's Postcard Swap

I joined Sheila's Christmas Postcard Swap and now, since my partner and I have each received our postcard, I can show you our little creations. I exchanged with Susan in Australia. Here is the one I made for her. (I pinched the photo from her blog because I neglected to take a photo of it before mailing)
We were starting to get worried that the one she had made for me had gone astray but it finally arrived safe and sound yesterday.  It was well worth the wait.  What an awesome job Susan did with this postcard.  All wool applique with lovely blanket stitching and seed beads too.  So cute!  I love it, Susan, thanks!  and a big thank you to Sheila too, for organizing this fun swap.

Here is the link to my Postcard page if you would like to see my collection.

Thanks for stopping by and I hope you had time to create today.
