Crispy pork chops with sauteed apples - Chatelaine Recipes

Here`s a recipe from Chatelaine http://food.chatelaine.com/Recipes/View/Crispy-pork-chops-with-sauteed-apples   It was very good and  I would make it again.  I served a raisin bread pudding with maple syrup for dessert. Also very good.
