IWK Quilt Fair & Sale

Here's a few pics from the quilt show at the IWK. It is a joint project of the Mayflowers Quilters Guild of Nova Scotia, Mayflower Chapter Members and the IWK Auxiliary. The room was small and packed with quilts as well as a used items table. I bought 3 fat quarters @ 1.50 each. There were lots of magazines @ .25 cents each. Also lots of items in the Silent Auction. The raffle quilt was very pretty. A sampler in blue and white called "China Blue" I bought three tickets.

  1. Thanks for posting the pictures, Linda. Is that string quilt made from selvedges? Wow!

  2. Thanks for sharing. It is so nice to virtually browse events elsewhere. Love, love the selvage string quilt!

  3. Thank you for sharing the pics from the quilt fair. What a treat to see so many lovely quilts, my favorite is the log cabin with the cabin blocks.

Thanks for stopping by. I love to hear from you and I really appreciate that you have taken the time to leave a comment.
