Back in 2014, my lovely friend and quilt designer, Karen Neary of Sew Karen-ly Created, helped me with submitting my cushion pattern to appear in the Fall 2014 issue of Quilter's Connection magazine. Thanks so much for the encouragement, Karen. (BTW Karen is having a Leap Day Free Shipping Day, today only, on her patterns.)
I was so proud to see my cushion in the magazine, but afterwards I just neglected going any further with plans to make my pattern for sale, because I do not possess any of the skills required to make that all happen.
After mentioning my design to my wonderful friend, Karen Chase of Sugar Free Quilted Designs, she did all the hard work for me. She wrote up the pattern from my design and did all the legwork involved in getting it out there for sale. It is now for sale in PDF form on her Etsy and Craftsy shops. It is also for sale at a few local shops, printed and packaged.
Thanks so much, Karen. We make a great team!
Karen has her cute little pincushion for sale too. Check it out!
Get in touch if you would like any additional information. Thanks for stopping by and I hope you have time today to do something quilty.
PS...Don't I have awesome friends!
