Darlene's Mystery - Step #2

I just finished sewing Step #2 of Darlene's Mystery.  The method of sewing the hourglass blocks sewed up very quickly.  I don't know what I was thinking when I chose the fabrics for this quilt.  I had two charm packs that I wanted to use as I had them for a long time and I figured I could match whatever else I needed from my stash, but not so.  I just don't own any of the shades from the charm packs.  So, off to the fabric store and I could only find a brown and a blue that matched closely enough for my liking.  So, should be interesting when we get to the next round.
