Easy Street and other stuff

My Santa Sampler
Life is really getting busy..but it's a good busy.  I am making progress and that makes me happy.  I finished machine quilting my  Santa Sampler and the binding is on, just need to get it sewn to the back and up on the wall.
Retired Hub is doing all the decorating this year...and that makes me happy.  Keeps him busy and takes the load off me.  He does a wonderful job on the tree.

I completed Clue #3 of Easy Street and I am just loving the way it is going.

Our work party is this week and I usually make a little something for everyone and this year I made Popcorn Snowmen.  I found the idea on Bee in my Bonnet.  So, everyone gets a pack of microwave popcorn and a pair of stretchy gloves.

I found this idea on Pinterest and couldn't wait to try it. Retired Hub helped me put it all together.   The blog that I originally pinned from  no longer exists so I cant give credit. Not sure what happened there.   I love it!  I love how it makes my kitchen look.  I love Snowmen...

I just finished Block #60 in the Traditional Tuesday Sampler hosted by Jenifer at 42Quilts.. Only 4 more blocks to go.

My Mother just turned 81 and loves Christmas so much.  Here is a pic of her tree and her Christmas Village below it.  She still does everything on her own  and has  spent the last two weeks decorating.  And my "Christmas Farrago" is hanging right next to her tree.

I am linking up with Bonnie at the Easy Street Monday LinkUp so stop by and see everyone's progress.  Clue #4 comes out on Friday.

  8. Lots of great things going on there. My holiday village is now under the tree with the trains going round and round. It wouldn't be Christmas here without the trains added in.
