A Happy Accident!
I am pretty sure this isn't how the pattern for this fabric basket was meant to look....but I like it! It serves a purpose.
It is now a fat quarter holder! I think I will incorrectly make a few more. Hey Beginner Quilters...even those of us with a ton of experience make mistakes.. so don't take it to heart! You are not the only one and it is OK!

ReplyDeleteOne fine looking fabric box. Its an inspiration when experience is touched by an error. Go with it :)
ReplyDeleteThere are no mistakes....it's actually called "creative license" when we detour from a pattern or idea. I love the idea of fabric boxes to hold fat quarters. I use plastic and they're not near as pretty.
