Not this year...

My decision has been made...I am not participating in Bonnie Hunter's 2013 Mystery "Celtic Solstice"
I know it will be an amazing quilt..I know that...I have the last three of them to prove it.  But, I need to work on all the things buzzing around in my head.  The past three years of sewing along with Bonnie have been  amazing and I have learned sooo  much, but I must bow out this time.  Please, if you have not tried a Bonnie Mystery, just try it.  The best mystery quilt on the internet, and you will be so happy with the results.  A ScrapLover's Delight!
My Easy Street ...2012 (not quilted yet)

My Orca Bay..2011..not quilted yet

Roll, roll Cotton Boll..2010..quilted by me and gifted

  1. They are, all three, just amazing. But a lot of work, I can see!! I'm sure the new quilt-along will be just as beautiful.

  2. Your quilts are sensational! I have been temped the last two years, but, like you, have too much on the go. It will be fun to see it roll out...a person could save the instructions for later!

  3. They're all wonderful, but there aren't enough quilting hours in a week for me to tackle one!

  4. I love her mysteries! I wasn't able to participate last year but I did save the instructions. My favourite one that I have made so far is Roll Roll Cotton Boll and it currently lives on my bed. I am really looking forward to participating again this year.

  6. I'm still trying to decide! If I do it I will definitely choose the smaller version and change some things up. I hate to pass it up altogether because the last time I did that, she did Orca Bay and I have regretted it ever since!

  7. Yes it is very tempting but like others, I already have a huge list of projects that I want to get done and 2 new ones recently got added, with deadlines of course.
