Because I couldnt make these borders fit the quilt top they were planned for, I decided to make a centre to fit the borders. I used the 12 - 12" crazy blocks I made last fall, they had lots of the same fabrics that were in the borders. Took a lot of figuring and adding to make it all fit. When making the corners for the borders I had to piece little scraps together to get enough to finish...just made it.. I love the result.
See, there was a reason why the borders didn't fit the original quilt, they were just made for this one! Great job!!!
