One thing off my list.....my huge list!

Project Complete....at least my part is complete.   I sewed up this quilt top for a quilty friend  to thank her for helping me out with a project.  She plans to handquilt it and hang it in her family room.  It turned out really cute and I think now that I need a sailboat quilt!  It measures 48" square.

A few weeks ago I won a giveaway at Liza Liza and the Quilt Jam. Thanks Liza!  My prize was a $20 gift certificate from Winter Creek Cloth.  I chose two charm packs of Simply Color and a one metre cut of  News in the  Comma collection by Brigitte Heitland.

My big plan, to make September a machine quilting month, is not on track yet but hopefully it will be soon.  At least I haven't started a new quilt.
Have a quilty day!
