These are the fabrics I have pulled from my stash to follow along with Bonnie Hunter's Mystery Quilt, "Easy Street'.
I do enjoy this quilt along. This will be my third time making a QuiltVille mystery. I love the deadlines and I love the extreme piecing. I know I will end up with an awesome quilt and I get to use up a lot of my "Scrash" (scraps + stash) . I am looking forward to cutting into the black and white prints. I have been collecting them for a while.
Wow..this will be fun to watch!! I followed Bonnie's last quilt along...not brave enough to try one yet!!LOL
ReplyDeleteLinda, I love your fabrics! I am thinking about joining in, but a little timid to commit to it. But you are making me think about it!
ReplyDeleteThis one is suppose to be a breeze compared to the last two. I am still working on Orca Bay, might get it done before next years! LOL> I will be doing this one too, just haven't decided on colors yet, still going through the scrap bins.
ReplyDeleteWhat a wonderful fabric collection for the mystery! I am still digging around in my stash for a good balance.
ReplyDeleteWonderful fabrics - I love the dragonflies. I had the same fabric in black on black and a very small piece of black on white.
ReplyDeleteI want to join in with the mystery but I have so much in the works. Although, I don't know if I will be able to resist!
I will follow along with you from the sidelines, I would love to do it but gee there are not enough hours in my day ,I love the fabrics you have chosen!
ReplyDeleteIs the pink your constant? I like it. I haven't even gone to the stash yet to dig out my colours, but I'm sure I'll have enough. I might just do half the units this time too.
ReplyDeleteSo nice to meet you Linda on the blogathon. I too am doing the new Bonnie Hunter mystery so will see you there :)
